This Sunday, I have resolved an incidence of Skype, in which the user could not open the program because malware which it had installed him by accident. The virus, skype.exe replaced the executable and did not work in any way, and it was urgent to fix it as I had to communicate with another country for work.
It took me 4 hours to fix, most of the time waiting for the scanner I installed him (a slow hard drive, a Windows 7 with 1 Gb of ram), just found malware. On the other hand, I was removing programs “strangers” and optimizing applications installed.
The other curiosity is that my client, it was connecting me from a hotel in Switzerland with laptop. We can say that it was my first jump to Europe even though the customer was Spanish.
